    Melbourne to Murchison WA

We are begining to plan our first huge adventure from Melbourne to Murchison W.A in time for ANZAC Day(Mud Nuts).
Via Oodnadatta Track, Uluru, Great Central Road, Gunbarrel Highway. ending in Wiluna then most likely black stuff the rest of the way.
Back home via the black top.
We are thinking 4 weeks should do it.
Has anyone else done this ???? Or would anyone else be interested ??

Also if anyone has a digital version of westprint maps they would like to share that would be great.

    Any advice is welcome.

if you were staying on the Black top all the way - 4 weeks would be fine

    but

the comp at MOA is what - 3-4 days
and 4 days return via black top (comfortably)

so you really only have 3 weeks to get across all those tracks

    good luck

Well we were thinking about 15 days to get there 3 days of r&r with family and friends then taking it easy 5 days back to Melb.
That gives us at least 5 day spare.

Long distance driving is a passion of mine so its not an issue
Although a trip of this magnitude is a first for us.

We are open to suggestions and tips.
