This month’s competition topic has been chosen by our August winner 4bye4.
His choice is for this month’s topic is Trains.
We (4bye4 & I) thought we might attempt to clarify this due to last month’s change to incorporate helicopters into the Planes topic.
So ‘ Trains' will include light rail, railway construction cranes, rail lines, railway buildings & even trams. Entries are acceptable as long as they have an obvious association with trains.
For September we are lucky enough to be able to offer another prize to the first place winner, this time donated by TPC. (Thanks Tony). To encourage as many entries as possible this month’s prize winner will receive not one, but two bottles of wine. TPC offered the following description:
“Both wines (Shiraz) are from McLaren Vale, one of Australia’s premium wine districts. The wines have been bottled by a wine club I am in, we buy quality wine in bulk & bottle it at members houses several times a year. I have hosted bottling at my house several times & chose a photo I took at Cunnamulla water hole near Innaminka to go on my label”
If any OTHER individual member (or vendor member) has anything you wish to donate as a prize - either as a one off, or regularly, please contact me via PM. For those of you who are vendors exposure & good will in a thread regularly read by far more than those who participate can only help your business. PM me if you can assist.
Good luck all, & thanks for our topic 4bye4.
Ps. Please read though the pink bit below if you haven’t done so yet. Ta.
Pps. It always helps to post a brief explanatory caption with your entry.

Taken at the visitors Centre in Collie WA, used to transport coal from the mine to various places. Can't remember much about it now but was in use up until 1976 (I think).... There were 3 in a row of various vintages and weren't allowed to climb on them to have a good looksy. Would have been nice if they cleared the weeds away too.
