Bought a tent a couple of years ago and it was faulty. They exchanged it straight away so that side of things was good.

Bought several items from Snowys. Sleeping bags, chairs etc... Had no issues at all.
I'm in Melbourne, and ordered a few things including my mates Rv4 tent. Ordered Monday morning and had it Wednesday morning at the doorstep.

I buy most of my camping stuff from them and I have signed up as a member to get the 10% discount. I am local so can't comment on Internet sales but they have a big show room and staff are helpful and knowledgable.
