That obviously would not be allowed today:
There are no hand rails on the stairs.
There is no gate at the top of the stairs.
The fence around the platform is not compliant.
The edges of the trap door cavities are too sharp.
All of which expose a serious risk of injury. A person could get hurt on this contraption.
Where are the safety officers?

they play the juice media sometimes on my local volunteer station. they have some interesting ideas and are definitely good at spinning/interpreting policies and government agendas. i just found them to be the type of platform that are great at grabbing those preordained to be swept up in conspiracy hysteria very well.

Time honoured tradition I'd call "taking the piss" ... i don't agree with a lot of what they actually say, but it's still funny.
