Oh and no I don't suckle on my mothers tits, I suckle on my wifes
I became ill from vegetarian diet and then vegan diet. That 'cos we're stupid and think we can change our diet over night and think the crap vegan food we eat can give all the nutrition we need. Our culture is designed to get our nutritional needs from animal products.
You need to do lot of homework and eat shit loads of different vegetables, fruits, whole grains and shit like that if you're to stay healthy and strong as a vegan. Food addiction is a real thing. Our brain is wired to the stuff we eat regularly and get shit loads of pleasure from it. You can't easily go cold turkey if you're an alcoholic, a chain smoker or a drug addict. Food is a drug for our brain.
We get a high from it. If you're wired to get that high from meat through lifetime of eating it, it ain't gonna go away overnight 'cos you decided to go vegan for ethical, environmental or health reasons. Slow transformation is the way to do it.

As for GPs. They know shit about nutrition. The dietitians do. Find me a single dietitian that tells you dairy is good for ya, and I shut up. Dietitians are divided about meat. Biololgy is clear. We are 99.9999 herbivores but we are addicted to meat. I don't have all the answers. I only know it is bad for us in enormous quantities we consume it. As for iron, that's a whole lot of bull whoever the doc told you that. Green vegies like spinach, broccoli etc has shit loads or iron and it is the best way to get ya iron 'cos it doesn't come with ill effects of red meat.

Sure, there are meat eaters that live to 100 years, but not many. Vegans live longer and most importantly their dicks work pretty well in the old age and they don't pee like morse code 'cos vegan diet is damn good for prostate.

My advice for meat eaters is to limit it to weekend barbecue and once a week or so. You don't need anymore than that unless you're Usain Bolt or Ronnie Coleman. As for me, I don't need it at all.

I'm no veggie anymore. I am a recent vegan. Already seen results. No more killing back pains, knee pains or shoulder pains.
Back to weight lifting soon. , And I can eat loads of carbs and not put on weight. I've had no chance with that when I was eating meat while eating less carbs than I do now.

Prospective vegans need to find ways to satisfy their food addiction habits by experimenting with recipes and different foods.
It's either bland vegan food and no exercise or good tasting vegan food and regular exercise. Life ain't fair.

I like eating bugs and meat and fish aaaand bacon annnnd veggies. But I have stuff all milk. Only really when I'm making an omelette or scrambled eggs. Or certain cocktails But we are meat eaters. Our ancestors dating back to Neanderthal and in some cases the missing link (you know who you are) have eaten meat or blood n guts. It's not a modern day trend. Back when our indigenous brothers were ridding good ol oz of mega fauna it was to eat meat. Yes grains and veg were also heavily consumed. Balanced diet comes to mind. Saying we're meant to be vegan is the same as denying evolution and accepting creation as gospel

If Apes had not started eating meat over a million years ago, we as humans would not be here today. The extra protein led to brain development & the ability to learn & make decisions that led to a longer lifespan & more offspring. If this had not happened we would be still swinging from the trees.
