GU Wagon ZD30 3inch Redback Zorst
Selling off my Redback 3inch system due to an engine transplant. ZD to TD. Its about 18 months old, so not too shabby. Bought from a local Redback dealer for $950. It has a metallic high flow cat, pyro bung in the dump pipe and no muffler. It had a muffler but I decided to remove it. The performance gain was quite surprising. More mid range punch. Its not noisy, only when you really put your foot into it and rev it out and gives off a whooshing sound. Lol. But not noisy or droning in the cab. And still street legal.
I gave the pipe a good clean up with a wire wheel and a new lick of paint, I didn't paint the dump pipe, only because I didn't have paint that would handle the heat so I left it. I had it wrapped in the header wrap stuff anyhow to reduce cabin temps. Which it worked pretty good.
All you need to get is two flange gaskets which can be had from any exhaust shop, I have one of the old ones still so you can use it for a sample. I have the dump pipe gasket too, new, as I just used the OEM gasket as I thought it sealed better.
This came off a ZD30 Direct Injection GU series 2, manual. Not sure if it would fit an auto, can't see why it wouldn't unless the mount along side the trans is different. It would fit series 1, 2 and 3 I reckon. All the rubber mounts you just use whats on the vehicle.

Don't think freight for this would cost much. Baudesert shipped mine down to Vic for $30.... I'm sure sending it "up" wouldn't cost much more lol.
