1997 GQ RD28T RX LWB Wagon - No Longer Available

1997 GQ RD28T RX LWB Wagon

1997 GQ RD28T RX LWB Wagon. 305K on the clock.

Replacement engine 6 months ago so not quite sure on the Ks for it but would say that its similar to the rest of the car. A few dings in the body work but nothing heavy otherwise straight and rust free.

    5 speed manual

Steel ARB bull bar (High or low mount winch compatible)
    Nite Stalker spotties.
Semi sealed crystal headlights with upgraded H4 bulbs.
    40 ch UHF radio
    AM/FM stereo Cd player.
    Factory tinted windows
    Power mirors
    Turbo timer
Cold AC (had it re-gassed when I did the engine swap)
    Towbar
    Side Steps
    New glow plugs
    New radiator and Hoses
New Clutch kit and machined flywheel

Interior is clean and upholstery is free of tears. Comes with the third row seats and headrests installed.

Currently has 5 x 16" GU steel rims with HT tyres at about 50% tread.

Also comes with 5 x 15" Sunnys with AT tyres as a second set (I was going to do a set for every day driving and a set for play)

Doesn't over heat at all. Even when towing. Have fixed that issue once and for all. No oil leaks

Also comes with a set of 2" lifted springs (I havnt got around to installing them yet)

    Registered until December 2015

    Cash on pickup

    List Date: 7/19/2015

After some deliberation and a fair amount of swearing, I have made a very hard decision to sell my GQ.
Just about to jump into my next Patrol. A 2001 GU II TB45E .

WARNING!: Do not ever use a towball as a recovery point. They are not rated and can become a deadly projectile during a recovery if they snap off, and they have done so with tragic results in the past.

Thanks Clunk. At the moment it is a Ford Explorer. But a little later down the track that will get replaced with another Patrol
