New member looking at 3.0ltr
Hey guys an gals my name is stuart and I'm new to the forum. I currently have a fj62 cruiser but will soon be upgrading to an 03-04 3ltr looking for some tips an advice where i can.

Welcome S.A_Stu the gu patrol is a great 4wd and you will find plenty of information of this and other forums. My tips for you is to make sure that the NADS are done if possible check the engine compression as piston no.4 has a tendency to crack. Also once purchased remove the inlet manifold and clean this.
Just my two cents worth any enjoy the patrol they are an awesome 4wd

Welcome mate... i got an 04 rig so do a few others on here.. a masive knowledge base on this forum.. like others have said look into nads for the 3l... and clean the intake manifold.. mine had 180k and was 3 quarters full of black sludge...
