    Turbo kit

Hey guys I have a 4.2 diesel gq patrol and am looking at fitting a turbo kit on it at tax time but on a budget. I have 1 turbo in a box but have 2 others in mind if they are better. The turbo I have is a Denco Schwitzer S2A and is the .62 model which Im guessing boosting like around 2000rpm. I am more looking for something that will start around 1200-1500rpm. The other 2 turbos are the TD05 Kinugawa 16g 6cm or 8cm or the 18g 6cm or 8cm. I have had my injector pump rebuilt with in the last 12 months so not sure how much help that will be with the Denco or the 18g but will look at upgrading it later on down the track. I am also looking at the cast iron Ebay manifolds and would like to know how good they are and if they last long. Also wondering if a ZD30 intercooler will work fine as well. I do know of the UFI turbos which Id love to get but am limited on what to spend.

I'm running a Radius Fabrications exhaust manifold top mount he also does a low mount. I'm also running a kinu td05-18g with a mamba turbo 6cm rear and I'm getting 10psi at 1600rpm and 20psi at 2200rpm. If you go the kinu or mamba turbo drill the oil restrictor out to 2mm mines got 10000 ks on it now no dramas.

I had a schwitzer s2a with a moded 10mm pump got boosting not to bad with a better air box and a little play with the pump. But the 11mm pump needs some attention as the fuel screw was wound in and many weeks of adjustments i have it reasonably close to what i want the pump needs a rebuild though.
