Try cleaning ur maf... I got the hpd maf housing and can see up to 27psi with no limp issues... Just recently It randomly started running crap.. Which I thought was a limp mode issue but ended up being leaking factory intercooler... He much boost are you seeing befor it goes into limp?

if your running a k&n filter you might be getting oil onto the maf sensor , jt just might need a clean , other than that perhaps it is spooling up a little too quick and might need the needle valve adjusting . hope this helps .

Do you have a chip fitted ???
I think scott at DP tweaked the DP chip to suit the HPD maf housing.
But Im leaning towards a dirty sensor, only because it was fine before hand.
Check your oil levels too the mighty ZD30 doesnt like being overfilled

I am not sure if this is causing a problem but when looking for issues I found the pipe from the MAF housing to the turbo is perished and cracking. Can't tell but it may be sucking in air. Found these on fleabag but it says eliminates the air intake resonator. What does it do anyway? Anyone seen these or used? Looks like it should make airflow better with a smooth pipe. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Patrol-GU...item43de4ec057

you will be sucking extra air, I've made a larger intake but yet to fit it.
Replace the hose and any others you find , if ones gone others maybe as well

Might not be the issue but I thought it might help
Read post #10 in this link. A chip might help. I ran a DP chip with the same setup as you with no issues. The intake pipe on my Di was cracked too, I was making a new intake pipe for it, but now the motor is coming out, for good....
