    Mk to gq front guards

Does anyone know if it is possible to fit the early gq front quarters on an mk

I have a 1986 mk patrol ute, long time reader first time posting so I hope I have this in the right place

If you look at the evolution from the MK model to the last GQ, you can see all Nissan
did was first put a small flare on then another flare then a piece of rubber.
The actual body stayed the same with only the track becoming wider with
    each model, hope this helps

I have seen a couple of mq/mk with GQ front guards, so assume they go straight on. looks a bit funny on a wagon but ute would be all good.

Yeah I seen a gq at woollies and the front quarters looked exactly the same except with flares but thanks to the govoment it didn't have a rego sticker on it to see the year so I thought I might aswell as the question. Good Mk/mq quarters are hard to come across and it would be good to have moulded flares, thanks guys this has helped
