Problem with NATS system on 2010 Nissan Patrol

I am having an issue with the 'NATS' on my 2010 Nissan patrol, I have 3 keys the oldest that wont open the vehicle by remote will start the truck and I have no weird lights, the other 2 keys sometimes start the truck but then the NATS light stays on and after a while the indicator lights come on solid on the dash.
I heard that you could bypass the NAYS ? does anyone know how to do this without it causing any issues afterwards.
