What has happened here???
So this morning i came out to find my hose looking like this???
Yesterday i decided to jack up the front of the car and bleed the cooling system with the plastic bottle in the filler cap.
Not long ago i had a cheap hose clamp fail so suspected air had got in and this was my reason for bleeding it.
Once happy all the air was out i closed of the cap and lowered the car.. any ideas?

Legendary
When water gets hot it expands and goes into the overflow or expansion tank. When it cools down it needs to be able to pull water back from the expansion tank back into the radiator. looks like the return line is blocked or the cap on the radiator is not allowing return flow.

Your tube in the overflow tank was stuck to the bottom because it was too long ?
