IDENTIFY THIS PART - Help needed

Hi all,

I have been given the task to sell the below part online but have very little knowledge of vehicle parts, however some research has led me to believe it is to do with a Nissan Patrol Diff (centre?).
It came in an ARB Airlocker box but I am becoming confident this is just what the part was replaced with. I don't want to give any false information to potential buyers, so hopefully someone can help with with all the info I will need.

Looks like the smaller H233B diff. From a GQ rear with a disc brake ass end maybe. TBH, I dunno if its worth anything. Even worth your time selling it....
