    turbo manifold removal

ive had a look at my manifold etc myself but was just wondering if it is possible to remove turbo manifold on td42t with turbo still attached as I'm only replacing the manifold to head gaskets and the dump pipe gasket.

Yes it is, a pain but do-able,
Anti sieze all the studs, nuts and bolts before it goes back on too.

soak all the nuts in wd40 or similar daily for a few days before you try remove it, should reduce the chance of snapping a stud
