Lightbulb 2000 GU Patrol dash lights go out whever.

This only happens every now and then.

I'll be driving along and bang, everything on the dash dies, speedo lights, temp, everything???

I took it to an auto electrician and they could not find a fault.

It's not a massive problem but it annoying.

After spending all that money on the auto lekky I'm at loose ends now.

I know you guys may not be able to help but any ideas would be appreciated to check out.

    Cheers

    Muzz.

It sometimes goes off when i turn high beams on so I'm thinking of an earth problem.

I havent checked anything apart from fuses as i was seeing the auto lek to get lights put in at the rear tray.

It's all good, I think i need to do some detective work first with the multimeter and get to yas if i cant find the problem.

    Cool Keep us posted

One of the you may want to check while your on the job is next time thay go out check your tail/Parker lights as well.

If thay are out the problem will probably be in the light switch itself which is common with Patrols.

Another thing to check if your tail/Parker lights are out with your dash lights & although it sounds strange check your trailer plug

    Cheers
