    AC/Heater control removal

    Hi

    I did a bit of a search and i couldnt find anything, how do you remove the AC/heater control unit from a 2004 GU? mine is faulty and i have brought a new one off ebay but i cant work out how to swap it.

    If memory is correct, there is a small circlip that holds the cable in place in the actual,unit. I think there are only spring clips holding them in place to what they connect with. So if you pull the circlip off I believe you can just remove the cable. Good luck

    i managed to swap it out, wasn't that hard. didn't fix my issue tho
