November 2008 I was working night shift in a local Steel foundry, 10minutes before knock off things start to go pretty wrong for me. Pretty sure I said bugger, among other choice words. Spent 3 months in hospital and 13 months off work.
The look on my boys face when he sees this coming round the corner and down the road (the last pic is my entry but added the first few to tell the story)
Entry #2
Oh Bugger & double bugger! Not again! What else can go wrong? (My posture says it all).
Just a day & 100kms after we had had the replacement motor fitted in Katherine (7 weeks!) we reached Pine Creek & stopped to get fuel. MrsTea say’s “I hate to mention this but there’s oil pouring out underneath the bus”. The rear main seal had been improperly fitted by the Melbourne motor supplier. Just another stage in a long saga of mechanical disaster a long way from home.
Is that an air conditioner hanging from the back window? Very fitting with you standing under that sign too haha. Don't think a free cuppa would have helped though.

Yep aircon. On the bus when we bought it. Copper pipe fractured on first corrugated road. Since removed. Was just a caravan park ‘magnet’ (for 240v power) whilst it worked.
