..........
Can imagine how rough the ride would have been.
Love the way they rolled it back on its wheels and drove off.

TD, I sat down with Tom a few years back and had a great time talking to him, the only trouble was all he wanted to do was find out more about me and what I did in my younger years. Buggered if I know why.
I was lucky enough that the nurse looking after him was a friend and gave us plenty of time to chat where I was able to ask those questions you would never have time to ask. Having the opportunity to meet and talk to a true legend at length doesn`t happen very often and I will always remember it as if it were yesterday

Legendary
Thats just beautiful to watch. No yellow shirts or safety boots, just common sense, like when its going to fall on you move out of the way and don't touch the hot bits.
2005 GU IV ST 3.0. Snorkel. Roof rack. Awning. Spots. Welded I/C. Dual batteries & VSR. UHF. Barn door hinge extension. Roof top spot lights. Rear drawers. 2" lift. NADS. EGT and boost gauges. Trans temp and water temp gauges. Provent 200 catch can. Rear ladder
And crawling on the planet's face, some insects called the human race. Lost in time. And lost in space... and meaning.

That would have been so cool, he is a legend in the true sense,
There was a Doco on him on the ABC a couple of weeks ago.
great viewing IMO, They say he always had a smile on his face.
Part of our Outback history for sure.
