    Engine over rev

Last week we went camping with camper-trailer in tow and I noticed when engine was under load a bit sometimes the engine seemed to slightly over rev like the engine was slipping where the taco would rev out to 3000rpm, has anyone experienced this before. This has never happened to me before. Vechicle is 2008 crd GU wagon with 130,000kms, I have fitted 3''exhaust,hi flow air filter, cross country intercooler, steinbauer module the 4wd goes great iám just concerned about the above issue any feedback would be great. Thanks.
