    Rear drivers side window

I've only had my 1998 GU patrol for about a week and noticed all the window work except the rear drivers side window. It doesn't operate from either the driver window console or on the rear window switch. Where do I start ? Much appreciated

    G`day Simon
Can you hear the drive when you try to wind it up or down?
If you can hear the drive its a mechanical fault with the winder mech, if no noise then it will be electrical
Either way it`s most probably in the door, thats where I`d start .

Try swapping the drivers side rear door switch with the switch from the passengers rear door .

You'll probably find it's the switches. Pull them out and clean them. One of my back ones dont work, The switch itself fell into a million pieces when I pulled it out. But I dont sit in the back, so I havent replaced it. They are not cheap. Even for second hand ones.
