GU IV 4.2 tdi front sway bar
Bent my front sway bar on the weekend (apparently big logs are stronger than Patrol sway bars ). I have spent some time searching the www but can't find suitable replacements (i.e. none for my model) anyone got any ideas where to look.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
WARNING: Towballs used for recoveries can, and do kill people and damage property.

I can't see anywhere where is says not suitable for diesels?? I can't imagine why it would fit? I am not aware of a GU running a number of different sway are depending on the engine? Give the supplier or specifically Whiteline a call and discuss. Whiteline is a premier brand and they will have something for you without a doubt.
Liftlid has Whiteline sway bars front and rear on his GQ I think.

I might give them a call and see what they have to say.
