[VIC] TB45/TB42 turbo kit

ITEM: Turbo kit to suit TB45/TB42 engines.

PRICE AND PRICE CONDITIONS: $3500

CONDITION: Only done ~6000 km. Most parts were bought new. Turbo has done about 80,000 km but in excellent condition.

REASON FOR SELLING: Time for a new project.

EXTRA INFO: PM if any additional questions.

- Garrett GT3582R ball bearing turbo ex BA XR6 turbo (approx. 80,000km on it), spins freely and in good condition - impellers do not rub on housings. 0.5 A/R comp housing, 1.06 A/R internal gate exhaust housing.
- Turbosmart IWG-75 internal wastegate with various spring combos (5, 7, 10, 12 psi)
- Log type custom low mount exhaust manifold.
- Oil feed fitting for block, -4AN braided teflon/stainless oil feed line inc. Earl's filter and restrictor.
- 10AN SS braided line turbo oil drain line w/ female fitting and fitting on turbo, but you will need to get a -10AN male fitting for the sump.
- Coolant hoses and banjo fittings to turbo
- Custom 3" dump pipe with pyro/oxygen sensor bungs
- FrozenBoost 300HP W2A intercooler ore, hose to suit TB45E idle air valve and bung for an intake air temp sensor, 10" x 12" radiator, 3/4" hoses (leftover, you will probably need some more), remote filler cap, Bosch cobra pump, switch and relay
- 7" thermo fan to suit intercooler radiator (never used)
- 2" to 2.5" silicone/alloy piping from turbo outlet to intercooler inc. BOV fitting
- 2.75" to 2.5" silicone joiner throttle body to intercooler
- 4" stainless intake pipe to turbo, 4" to 3" silicone elbow, 1" bungs and rubber hoses for BOV and catch can plumbing back to turbo suction
- Turbosmart Kompact plumb-back BOV and hose
- DeatschWerks 740cc injectors (01J-00-0740-6) - E85 compatible
- Autometer Sport Comp II LED gauges (Mechanical boost/vac and pyro with probe)
- Innovate Motorsports MTX-L wideband oxygen sensor inc Bosch sensor

I'll also throw in a few various bits and pieces like spare fittings, joiners and wiring. You will need to get an aftermarket fuel pump and pressure regulator to suit your car.
