    noob to 4x4ing and need some advice

    hi guys new rig 04 patrol stock as a rock and currently have 275 70r16 on it all different brands and tread very low looking for new tyres and am thinking same size (as it sits nicely) all terrians,
    and I have found Dunlop Grandtrek AT 3 in that size and just wondering if they are any good and if they last km wise? what else could be good for a noob?

    Do you want a Road all terrain. Or a 4wding all terrain.
    Big difference between the two.

    G'day mate and welcome. Don't worry about the size too much. I would change all 5 to a 285/75r16 as a much more common tyre. They are a "33" and will do the job well.
    Its a Nissan! =====> Its a Keeper!! ....... Got a TD42 in it BONUS!! ....... I'm a lucky bugger! I've got 2 of em!

    The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

    They fit no problems, even with no lift.
