LPG Tank damage ? Maybe/ Maybe Not??

The new Nissan, when I pick it up next week that is. Has a LPG tank just under and behind the tow bar. Its got a 2 mm bash plat wrapped around it.

My question thou is, do you think it will be save or do I need to protect it further? I'm only intending to do touring and lite off road work.

That's all mine has got and I've bashed is around a fair bit. Come down on it with the whole wait of the back end a number of times

You should be fine I had a tank under the rear of my last 4x4
in 4000,000k only hit the tank once from memory
on a very rocky stepped track

My lpg tank guard cops a lot of knocks......it's built to last.
