Winch rope question
Is it best to wind your synthetic rope on all nice and square and tidy or to wind it on criss cross and random?????

Same here. Left to right in neat way. Only issue with this is if you use the winch and dont pull the entire length of rope out, when the rope is under stress it pulls through the rest of the coiled rope on the drum. If you get what i mean. If i had room i would criss cross it may be. Dunno....

Neat layer then full crisis cross a couple of times then neat layer then full criss cross a couple of times and so on. Using this technique will stop the rope being embedded into the spool layers.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
