Not sure. We towed a trailer with two dirt bikes, an inflatable kayak & a variety of tools & camping gear around the country - probably around a tonne. Some folk tow small cars. The motor has plenty of torque, but is not a speed machine. Later TD42 engined models probably tow a little better. Depends on how fast you want to go.
Our Rego sticker gives the GVM & the GCM as the same (5200kg) which I believe is a ’typo’ mistake, but one I’ve never bothered to get rectified. 5200kg is the GVM.

    SOLD!

Bloke drove 800kms to check it out today, after giving me a $5k holding deposit a few days ago.

Has agreed to buy it for the asking price & no RWC required.

Payment when he gets his Superannuation payment this week.

Then I drive it 800kms to his place (near Bega).

Smiling & relieved at the moment.

So its is gone? Or have you done a runner in it?
Just looking over those pics again. Mate this is one clean unit. Did you respray it? These buses are usually full of rust now.

Still waiting for payment. Bloke has given me a $5k deposit & is waiting for his super payout to arrive in his bank account.
Resprayed it 2 years ago. A neighbour where we used to live painted it in his farm shed, I did a lot of the rubbing down & masking. Tiny spot of rust at the rear of each gutter - maybe an inch on each side, not major, but will need attention. Buyer is aware of it. I’m just waiting for the phone call saying his money has come through. Will breathe easier when the dosh is in my account!
