So a few pics of the removing and fitting, learnt a few things and for anyone else you'll need an adjustable spanner or vice grips and 15mm ring spanner preferable of the ratchet variety. My attempts were using a socket which will only allow you to loosen the nut so far as you have to use the adjustable spanner or vice grips to hold the outer edge of the bolt, you will see a flat tapered section on the top end of the bolt.
