Quick fix for loose side mirror

    Hi Guys,
Found my drivers side side mirror vibrating a lot, it was so bad it was difficult to use safely.
I had a look and the yellow part had broken away from the mounting frame in the side mirror housing.
I just used 200mm black zippy ties to relocate it and it works a treat.
    Here are some photos.

    Neil.

Interesting, Mine has some goo/bluetack not exactly sure what under the bottom edge of the mirror between the black housing. The previous owners had put it there, I went to remove it and seen the mirror became affected badly by vibration so didn't remove it. This might be what's wrong with mine, might have a look one day soon.

My drivers mirror keeps vibrating and eventually points down. Been like this for 2 years now...really need to do this myself.

It's one of those jobs you forget until your driving!!!
