CERTIFIABLY INSANE
Wanted: GQ TD42
Somewhat reluctantly, I've decided it's time for me to start looking for a TD42. I still love my TB but the lack of range is a PITA every time I go driving.....even with a LR tank.
So, here is the type of vehicle I'm after:
Clean, tidy and looked after (no beaters)
No rust or major panel damage.
One that hasn't been to the moon and back (reasonable to low km)
Preferably a later, GQ2 variant from 94-97.
Prefer turbo but not essential
Not that fussed about other accessories (nice to have though).
The main thing I'm looking for is a solid base for a tourer build up.
I'm prepared to pay the right price for the right vehicle but please don't take the piss by serving up overpriced nonsense.
Or
I would consider a complete car that has good mechanicals to transplant into my current ride as a conversion.
Please let me know what you've got.....
