Smartphone in car dock (holder)

Hi all,

I've recently got a new smartphone (Sony) and among the options for this phone is a charging dock.
I was wondering if anybody had an idea that would secure my phone in the dock while driving?
What way should I use to insulated the dock/phone from bumps while driving? (Foam?)
