Update

Only had a few hours after work but it's so close to going in. Just having trouble lining the spline and clutch up.

I have the next 2 days off so hopefully I can get it done. Going to be a struggle by myself though!

Gearbox is now bolted to the motor! Just having trouble with my engine mounts. My TB originally used the 4 hole mounts yet one is broken. I'm not sure if I can use the 2 hole mounts from the TD?

As far as I know the mounts and chassis plates are the same for both motors.

2 hole mounts didn't want to line up correctly with the 4 hole plates.. I need a new 4 hole mount.

It's been a big day but I got lots done. Didn't take too many pics.

Things left to do:

• Install diesel tank and filler
• Replace diesel injector return rail
• Wire everything up
• Put interior back together
• Drive!

I'm really hoping to have it running by Sunday for a drive my mates are doing. If anyone feels like lending a hand Saturday night the rums on me
