Been a fair while since an update! The big girl was off the road for a couple of months due to transmission issues. Had the auto out twice, ended up being quoted $4000 for a rebuild and there wasn't many second hand auto's floating about so I done a manual conversion! Zero hassles in the install and costed me around $700 to do, that includes gearbox, clutch, flywheel, oils and other components necessary. Completely different vehicle now and I have zero regrets for doing it. It took me 5 hours by myself to remove the auto and me and a few mates a friday night and saturday arvo to install the whole conversion. We had the patrol up on 4 car ramps and a big transmission jack and got it done fine
