Hi Billie welcome from another newbie from Auckland NZ. Am I correct in thinking that you are running an LPG system in your 1993 4.2 Patrol? I have a 1991 4.2 fuel injected Safari and am contemplating fitting a duel fuel LPG system and would like to hear your views if you have been using LPG.

hi lee. The gas was fitted when i bought the car, it,s the IMPCO mixer type.On gas the motors run hotter and you can damage the valves,I had the head overhauled about 12 years ago and they drilled extra outlets at each exhaust exit to pipe water back to the radiator,to take the heat away.Otherwise GAS is great. regards bill
