front bar standard winch cradle

Howsit guys,

Im currently just browsing ideas to build a front bar for the gq. At the moment it has the standard winch cradle with a 24v warn winch. And a silly stainless "nudge-bar" goes over top of it.

Im thinking either to run tube, carrying on from the winch cradles tubes out to the sides and around to protect the corners.
Or do I build something completely from scratch? Is the standard winch cradle upto the challenge?

Im yet to install my w2a cooler setup so I cant recess the winch any furthur back yet. Already have an oversized alloy radiator taking up alot of room.
