LOL .. .I'm not a very sweet person so it wouldn't be sugar but great idea. Have to snoop around a bit used to be a white plastic board used in marine applications as that comes in various thickness, as small as 4mm if I remember correctly. One might be able to come up with something or just some clear vinyl?

Yes, picked up some marine black and grey carpet at the local Dunnings that I will put on the top/front and until suggested was going to glue the black stuff to the inside of the drawers.

    Jumping ahead a fair bit.
Fitted the drawers in the back using those unused jump seat fittings.
Carpeted the drawers and have the edging to dress it up a bit, don't know if that will be done before we leave, you can also see the 2/3 cargo barrier installed. The Intelliquip storage box arrived, pretty good unit, don't like the shipping so as we pass through Brisbane I'm going to stop and get a couple more and will pay for the fuel to get there.

A view of the ally barrier, this side will not be carpeted (more why in a few moments)
    Camper.Patrol 007.jpg

Made some brackets to support the top of the cargo barrier using the PAS seat belt anchor

Now... why there is no carpet

DOG HAIR doesn't cling to bare AL'y !!

Dogs will enter via passenger side, one get the high road, the other the third class cabin. I have to carpet the stand tomorrow and pack more crap in below it.

Yes still happy. Probably didn't need the whole 5M of LED lights.
Would make one more drawer for left side as wife has taken up the drawers as pantry now for our 3 month trip leaving the tools and recovery gear on the back of the CT
