Wow what a night. The wind was really something else! Blew half my tent down and of course mine and Andy's tents leaked like a seive. But we are showered (best shower ever) and dry now still sitting in the laundry. Darren is packing up his tent now and we will put a load in the dryer and we are out of here

Are the tent new, have they been weathered in.

Mego they have both been seasoned properly, probably more to do with the 120km/hr winds that blew the rain through

Am loving this 4wd soapie. LOL. Can’t wait for the next episode. What could happen - will Winnies tent be lost in the sand dunes to a freak hurricane. Will he & AB have to move in together. Did Winnie deliberately ‘forget’ to put in half his tent pegs after getting the weather forecast on his smartphone. Will ‘Winnies-Missus’ have to make an emergency dash up to the Simpson to save their relationship. Ha Ha.

Hey blokes, it might be crap in that laundry, but it all adds colour to the story & to your memories. You’re having fun without realising it.

Nothing that a 5lt pillow won't cure. Just wrap a tea towel around it. As it goes 'flat' just inflate with air! lol
