And you guys reckon Melbourne is bad - try Ballarat! I thought we were going to lose the roof earlier, winter has really hit with a vengeance.
To wet to snow but we did get hail, looks like the worst is now over here.

Think yourselves lucky. I have mates that just went through winter....in Canada! Worst they have ever seen they reckon.
I was in Melbourne last week on Thursday and Friday. Was great weather. Got out just in time by the looks of it.

Had some mates work in Canada don't they only have two seasons frozen and not frozen? LOL skidoo's or seadoo's

60mm of rain and 120 km/h winds tuesday last week,the nearly the same Thursday and saturday..i still say toughen up.Go to work 3deg come home 8 deg..dunno what you guys are on about,the front blows over down here and you don't here about it till it gets east.Last week we had 2 severe weather warnings and our news didn't even mention it.lucky for the internet so we could run around and sort some shit out on the farm before it got here.

Just went outside to pick my bin up and move the neighbours bins so they dont blow down the street and I can say I dont think I can really remember it ever being this bad.....
