Do you have an antenna control switch like this?

The other place to look is on the back of the head unit there is an antenna control wire that triggers power to the antenna when the stereo is turned on.

Not any more. Using a AM/FM wip. That's why I don't want the antenna to work. The head unit is wired up through a switch and to the aux battery. Unplugging from the antenna will probably be best. Will see how I go tomorrow, soccer isn't till later in the afternoon..

Remove the inner guard to access the antenna motor and unplug it from the motor.

Did a few tight u turns and no robbing at all. This is will the wheel turned. It may be due to the 2 degree offset brush.

One concern I had was in the wet, well today was a good day to test them, drove a bit harder into the corners around home and I'm impressed.

    Drivers side.

    Passenger side.
Almost 5 years to the day and we'll over 100,000 km.

Lockdown has given me some spare time, so I'm going to swap out my winch.

Now my positive and negative cables from the battery are in good condition and neatly positioned in conduit to the front. Is there any reason why I need to change them? What should I use to give the ends a good clean?

What size are the existing cables ? Runva 13xp comes / needs 35mm2 .
With the terminals just use something abrasive with some CRC , Lanolin etc...
