After the mothers club meeting was over at pro axle they got into fitting the offset kingpin and doing the wheel alignment, even took off the steering wheel to have it straight.
Don't think that it has ever felt this good in the steering before.
Would recommend as guys any day. Cheers Mudski for the head up.

You don't have an adjustable drag link John? Bring a six pack over, we'll share it, and you can have one I got here sitting around doing nothing. Lol. I bought it from RooDogs about 18months ago. Its a heavy duty one. Well heavy for them.
Proaxle tried to talk me into those offset bearing but I'm not sold on them so I left it at that. He does plenty of Patrols there so he's pretty thorough in what he does.

    No mate don't have one.
The adjustable link helps with toe in/out correct?
The offset bearings are to correct the camber.

Drag link goes from steering box to swivel hub. Adjustable items allow you to re-centre the box which then centres the steering wheel.

The tie rod which joins the 2 swivels hubs (on the rear side of front diff) is what you adjust to alter your toe.

So in my case is a adjustable drag link needed if all it does is recenter the wheel.
I went for the offset bearings because it was chewing out the outer edge on the front passenger.

Yep just an adjustable drag link. Moving the steering wheel on the spline with a 2" lift is ok. Always best to adjust drag link if possible. Anything over a 2" lift an adjustable drag link is a must.

Didn't need much was only one spine. So if I do get the drag link should I put the wheel back and then adjust?

I think I will take you up on that offer @mudski. Everyone always says that at 2" lift you don't need things like offset radius arm bushes, adjustable panhards and drag link, but without them I would be scrapping at full lock, my diff are out between 5-10mm and the steering out by one spine.

Is this pro axle in campbellfield ?
I took my Patrol there for an alignment and I got sent home.
He told me because I just have a basic 2" lift kit he can't align it.

I need an adjustable this and an adjustable that.. I forgot exactly which parts but yeah .
