If you've got a 16 odd mm hole just below and to the left of the bit the the spare wheel bolts to you could retro fit the auto opener easily.

Based on what I've seen with it and how it went together, I'd happily get more gear from them. Like you, I've read/heard a few others with some worrying stories, but at the end of the day, they answered their phone, answered my questions, returned emails promptly, the bar was ready within a couple of days from when they originally said, fit is pretty good, finish is very good, solid stub axels running car wheels bearings, so should be strong enough to hold a spare tyre. Overall quite rapped with it.

Yeah, I was lucky enough to talk and deal with Rob and had a pleasure dealing with the whole crew when I arrived. All as promised and super happy with the result. Highly recommend their work and the product.

I don't think I have that hole tho...not to worry I'm used to it now

Is the spare wheel carrier not centre to the right barn door? Or is that just the angle of the pic?

The bar is made for twin carriers... It can't be cantered to the door or you would not get a 2nd wheel on there.

This was the issue with early MCC bars. You could not have 2 x 33" wheels at the back, as the carriers were too far inwards... If that made sense.

Yeah, the spare sits higher and further towards the outside of the car.

As Nisshead said, it's set up so you can get two 35's on there. I'm sure Rob will make what ever you need though. Give him a call and ask.
