Hi guys, quick intro.
My names Shane live in SA, very new to 4x4ing sold my 03 pajero last year but barely done anything with it, none of my mates had an off roader but have since missed 4x4ing so made my mind up and im about to buy a GU Patrol. Ive been reading the forums for quite a wile for research and its been great.
But time to get involved, get some real tips and tricks.

If I can find the one I want I should be back in a 4x4 within the week. Just in time for the wet season.

Hi Shane and welcome are you after a diesel or Petrol as you'll pick up a Ti 4.5 for a song.
Driven hard you'll cry at the bowser but fuel figures of 20-25/100lt are the norm.
I see you have already jumped in so enjoy your stay its a great Forum

Yeah mate looking for a diesel turbo. My old Patrol was petrol and that needed a tanker behind me.
Im not scared of petrol guzzlers my other car is a rx7. But for off road I dont think you can go past the diesel...
