Saw this. The angle they were recovering in was never gonna work and the 2 blokes paid for it. Look at the head damage. Warning, not for the queezy.

No it was a shackle in a recovery point of some description. I have slowed the video down to frame by frame and it looks like the recovery point completely let go. Those guys copped a shackle and recovery point in the head.
