    Have you got a pic?? It should not be possible for it to sit like that? Even a bent diff will go the other way? Jack the front up and make sure you have not smashed a wheel bearing or king pin bearing?? You will know pretty quick if this is the case.
    Its a Nissan! =====> Its a Keeper!! ....... Got a TD42 in it BONUS!! ....... I'm a lucky bugger! I've got 2 of em!

    The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

    Have you tried holding the wheel at the top and rocking the car side to side to feel or hear any clunks or looseness?

    No doubt Clunk is on board!
    (He's a member by the way)

    Any movement indicates swivel bearings or wheel bearings could be the cause.

    I have the same problem, am struggling to find answers short of dropping her off at the shop and hoping they don't go to town on charging me.
