Geeze mate its never ending.. but a good find.. better to find it now than when you need it..
Should repair up nice.. seems a bit of a design flaw how there are no gessets or sniffers on that point.. anyway you'll get it sorted..

Sounds like a bloody truck now, taken the one out of my donor car but it looks like George was right again and I have to remove top radiator hose..... car is too hot now and I have to take Erica to swimming class???
