I've often wondered, how common are places that can re-gas your shocks? It's not something I've ever looked into but often wondered.

Yeah I gave it some thought about who would have that tech too. There is guy in Geelong that sets up dirt bike suspension and gave him a call. Just been in to see him and it took him about 5 minutes to recharge and wouldn't take a payment. Nice guy. Chad's Dirtbike set-ups.

    Ready to bolt in.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

I normally get shocks charged at the local hydraulics shop. They have all gear, the gas and it's basically the same as charging an accumulator, which would almost be a daily occurrence for them.

Well it has been a long time since I posted here. A long time. Built a Shed. Installed a Hoist. Had a Hip Replacement. Covid19.

This one has been rattling around in my head for a couple of years and once I began it turned to shit quickly. I have lost some hair over the last couple of months trying to make this work the way I wanted.

I got them to work about a month ago but was unhappy with them so threw thewhole lot out and started again. Glad i did.

No junk piano hinge. These are how they should be.

    Wait? What's that! ^^^^^^^^

    Here is the DazDoor

    They came up a treat.

    Drivers side too

Very pleased with the final result. Brain is fried.

Nah Laser cut Acrylic Perspex. 4.8mm. Not as easy to work with as I was expecting to be honest.
