Be aware, RBT, mobile speed radar (hand held) unmarked fixed (yes fixed) speed cameras, as well as DOT, and Rangers are all present, have personally seen all but the fixed unit/s this week, but the use of the speed camera/s have been publicly announced....

errr, Im not really sure, but I think the pic of the Police car in the first post, may just expose a few flaws in your theory ?

I've seen an unmarked triton with a light bar and awning with uniformed police in it also. They are cunning bastards lol
