As for to PC or 2pac wheels........My mate I have known for years, rallies cars(endeavour), and has 2 pac on wheels for the reasons Paul said. But has PC bullbar. And advised me to 2pac the Vals wheels when I thought about PC them.

If you asking is the two tone available at most PC's yes it should be, and any paint shop should be able to get the same type paint as it is a "two tone hammer cote" finish.
As for chrome dress rings, you may have to try 4WD accessories shop or truck accessories shop.
