Went for a drive with a mate on the week end and the track was very deceiving. ended up sliding into a bolder, rolled my side step right up to the point I could'nt open the door, have since taken side steps off and done a little hammering so I can at least open and close my door, but the bottom of my door is rolled in a little and my sill is bent up pretty bad, does anyone have an suggestion's on straightening it out?

Ummmm bugger. No. Call it credibility and put a new step on or buy some sliders. Very difficult to repair and it won't just pl out.
If you car is a late model then consider an insurance claim. If it's a GQ then consider it a Battle scare mate.

If your up for it then tack weld pull points and use the slide as Growler said then pull it out as much as you can then bog, sand and paint.

Yes that works well too but it you have a welder then just tack weld to the panel rather than drilling a hole in it that you have to bog.

Panel shops have a slide puller slash spot welder, this tool welds its tip to a panel,then you use the slide hammer part to pull the dent, a small twist is all that is required to release the tool,fast and easy and leaves almost no extra damage or warping to the panel.
Please post pics of your damage and then we can get a better idea of what your going to be up for.
