How much sleep do you get in a night.
Just wondering how much sleep one gets in a night and has this decreased as they have gotten older???
I find myself waking and even though I still feel tired I cant go back to sleep and once up I feel ok?? maybe just use to that pain from having kids??
I average 7 hours................
